Service Description
A basic overview of what sort of help we think your pet needs. Help sheets will be emailed to you. We can call you if you prefer that. This is offered for one session free per customer.
Cancellation Policy
1. bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. 2. cancellations more than 24 hrs ahead will usually be refunded in full. 3. you can change your booking for another day/date without loss of fees. 4. Payment options are: bank transfer, card online, Paypal 5. cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded but can be used on a different day at our discretion. 6. In some cases we will send you a form to complete and return before your chat to use the time effectively with advice and not info gathering.
